Coolio-Niato

New game coming along well.

The turn-based game I started on a while ago is working out extremely well. Player phases and enemy phases are defined, battle engines are in place and working, 1 minor glitch really to fix up before I can start developing levels, story, and more types of units (horse-units already work partially and healers and mages still need to be programmed).

This game has been quite a big challenge to make, so I hope all of you will like it when it comes out.

No, it's inspired by fire emblem. Never played final fantasy tactics.

is there high ground damage bonus, from behind damage bonus etc? or is rotation and height just decoration? also, maybe for archers there could be optimum distances, like too close and theres not enough power and too far and accuracy lowers or something. the more factors damage has the better the game will be.

no bonuses, and yes height is a decoration. The game will still be centered on skill and strategy tho.
