I never heard of Geometry Wars until I got Nintendo Power this last week. But the basic shapes reminded me of the designs of that game.
This is one of the best rhythm games to come :D. Believe me, I know :P. It's mad schmexy :D!
By the way, these shapes that he made were influenced by me :D (sorta). I showed him the game Grid Wars 2, which I think Geometry Wars is based on (or this game was like a PC version of Geometry Wars). But either way, yes, these shapes are like Geometry Wars :D.

I was looking at the screenshot, and I noticed something. Where you influenced by a game called "Geometry Wars?"
It's just the fact of the basic shapes and all that. I'm still looking forward to it. I'll be sure to check it out.
This blog-thing is useful. I used to have to wait and see when you made a game. But now I can just check here for details and stuff.
